About Timeless Black & White
When we remove color, the distractions disappear. In these black and white sessions, I rely entirely on controlled Godox lighting to carve out the soft curves of your newborn's face and the tender grip of their tiny hands. It is just you, your baby, and the raw emotion of those first few weeks.
Black and white photography strips away the noise. It forces us to look at what actually matters during those early newborn days, which is the bond between you and your baby. Whether it is a quiet, sleeping portrait or a wide-eyed gaze, monochrome tones highlight the texture of skin and the softness of their features in a way that color sometimes misses.
In my Mumbai studio, I use precise strobe lighting to ensure we get that high-contrast, moody look without harshness. We do not need bright backdrops or busy outfits to make these images pop. You just need your baby and a simple, solid-colored outfit. I handle the rest, from the safe positioning to capturing those minute details like eyelashes and curled fingers that change so quickly.
