About The Bond of Motherhood
I bring my portable studio setup directly to your home in Navi Mumbai or Raigad, so you and your baby stay comfortable in a familiar space. These sessions usually last about 1.5 hours, which gives us plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and those unplanned, candid moments that define early motherhood. I focus on natural, unposed interaction—I am there to document the quiet magic between you and your little one, not to force a perfect pose.
My approach to motherhood photography is rooted in simplicity. By using natural window light or a portable black backdrop, I strip away the clutter of everyday life to focus solely on the bond you share. This is why I love black and white photography for this cluster; it removes the distraction of color, letting the emotion of a gaze or a gentle touch take center stage.
My Process
When you book a 'Classic Moody Portrait Session', we are not just taking photos. We are capturing a fleeting time.
- At-Home Comfort: Babies are happiest in their own space. My gear is compact, which means no harsh lighting or heavy equipment to stress your little one.
- The Technical Side: I use my Nikon D5300 paired with a 50mm prime lens. This combination is perfect for low-light indoor environments and creates a soft, shallow depth of field that makes the subject pop.
- The Deliverables: You get 10 to 12 professionally retouched digital images, processed with my signature black and white edit, delivered within 5 to 7 days.
