Featured Moments and Family Stories
A collection of the moments that define my work: pure, cultural, and deeply personal. From festive Kanha themes to quiet, newborn portraits, these are the stories I love telling most.
This is our natkhat Gopal, Rudra, whose infectious smile made my day. I love creating these vibrant, playful setups for Janmashtami, capturing the divine and mischievous spirit of Kanha in your little one. It’s a joy to bring these cultural stories to life.
There is a special kind of quiet in moments like these. This black and white portrait captures the pure, unconditional love in a mother's gentle kiss. My goal is always to create timeless images that let the emotion speak for itself.
It gives me so much joy to photograph the spirit of our festivals. Here, sisters Nihira and Avani celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi, one holding a beautiful Bappa idol and the other a plate of modaks. These are the precious cultural memories I love to preserve for families.
Look at this little one's curious eyes. Capturing these awake and playful moments during a newborn shoot is so special. This is baby Krishiv, full of expression during his Kanha-themed session, a perfect example of a newborn's emerging personality.
Sometimes, the most powerful portraits are the most peaceful. This is a close-up black and white shot of baby Krishiv, sleeping soundly. I focus on capturing these serene details, from the calm expression to the traditional tilak, creating a timeless memory of your baby's earliest days.
About Featured
These images are the heart of my work. Whether it is the quiet, calm of a newborn session at home or the vibrant energy of a festive Kanha setup, I aim to preserve the genuine connection in your family. I do not rely on rigid poses because the most beautiful emotions happen when you and your little ones are comfortable in your own space.
I often get asked if I prefer festive shoots or quiet, minimalist portraits, and the truth is I love both. My work is split between these two worlds: the high-energy, colorful celebration of traditions like Janmashtami or Ganesh Chaturthi, and the calm, emotive black-and-white photography that highlights your baby's smallest details, like a sleepy yawn or tiny fingers.
When you book a session with me, we are not just taking photos. We are documenting a fleeting phase of life. For newborn sessions, I bring the studio to your home. We rely on soft, natural window light, which means no harsh flashes or stressful studio trips for your baby. We take breaks for feeding and soothing, keeping the energy relaxed.
For festive setups, like my Little Kanha series, I bring all the props, traditional outfits, and backdrops to you. We focus on fun and play, capturing that infectious childhood joy.
I am based in Navi Mumbai and work extensively across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and Raigad. I am always happy to travel if you have a special location in mind. If you have an idea—a cultural theme or a specific family tradition you want to capture—let's talk about how to make it happen.
