A closer look at the master bedroom's headboard wall, where fluted green marble creates a stunning textural and visual anchor. The wingback-style upholstered headboard and minimalist bedside lighting complete this picture of modern luxury.

I designed this bathroom to be a luxurious escape, using dramatic, book-matched marble on the walls. The custom arched mirror and sculptural vanity create a sense of grandeur, while the warm backlighting and elegant pendant light add a soft, inviting glow.

For the parents' bedroom, I aimed for a balance of warmth and artistic expression. A 3D patterned tile wall serves as a unique headboard, while the bed frame and side tables feature natural wood and cane for an earthy, tactile quality.

Functionality meets warmth in this corner of the parents' bedroom. A custom wardrobe with cane-panelled doors provides ample storage, while a compact wooden desk creates a small, light-filled study area by the window.
About Serene Bedrooms & Personal Retreats
We prioritize how your furniture integrates into the room so that everything feels planned rather than just placed. Whether it is a study nook tucked beside a custom wardrobe or a specific headboard treatment, we ensure these elements reduce visual clutter and provide a sense of calm.
Our process for designing bedrooms starts long before we draw a single line. We begin by understanding your rhythm—how you wake up, where you keep your essentials, and what makes you feel at ease. A bedroom should not just look good; it must function as a quiet container for your life.
Materiality and Texture
In the projects featured here, you will see a focus on tactile materials. We often use cane panels for wardrobe shutters because they allow for airflow and add a natural, grounding texture that smooths out the visual weight of a large storage unit. For walls, we avoid standard paint where possible, opting for lime plaster or textured panels that change in appearance as light shifts throughout the day. This creates a room that feels alive and soft, rather than rigid.
Lighting for Atmosphere
We believe lighting should be felt, not just seen. In our designs, you will rarely find harsh, direct beams. Instead, we use integrated vertical strips and concealed cove lighting to highlight textures, like the fluted marble or paneled walls. This setup provides soft, indirect light that helps you unwind in the evening, moving away from the bright, clinical feel of standard bedroom lighting.
Spatial Efficiency
Even in a compact room, space is rarely the issue; the issue is usually poor layout. We look for opportunities to combine functions—like extending a headboard panel into a side table or building a study area directly into the wardrobe flow. This creates a cohesive look that makes the room feel larger and more intentional. Our goal is to craft a personal retreat that feels deeply considered and uniquely yours.
