About this collection
On set, my work goes beyond just makeup brushes and palettes. Whether we are in a studio in Mumbai or on location in Dubai, I coordinate closely with photographers and directors to ensure the look translates perfectly under different lighting. Seeing the final shot on the monitor alongside the crew is where the collaboration truly pays off.
Professional makeup is a team sport. When you see the final, polished bridal or commercial image, there is an entire process happening just out of frame. From the initial skin prep that needs to hold up under studio lights to the real-time adjustments we make for high-definition film, every step is calculated.
Working on commercials for leading brands or high-stakes film sets requires a different level of precision. I need to be fast, adaptable, and completely in sync with the hair stylists and lighting technicians. This fast-paced environment has taught me to maintain a calm, focused energy, which I bring directly to my bridal appointments.
When I work with a bride, I treat her day with the same level of professional detail as a celebrity shoot. Whether it is a traditional South Indian wedding with heavy jewelry or a modern reception look, my focus remains on the 'before'—ensuring your skin is prepped, your hair is secured for the long day, and the draping is flawless.
