My Journey, Your Shortcut

After Dengue Shock Syndrome wiped me out, I had to start over from scratch. Those quiet months taught me more than any gym session ever could. Zindagi ke neeche girke khud ko uthaya hai (I picked myself up after life knocked me down). That struggle shapes every plan I make, especially for those on a comeback or dealing with injury.

Discipline Over Motivation

Motivation fades, but discipline? That’s a choice you make every day. I’ll be the one reminding you: discipline hurts less than regret. We build habits, not hype.

My Training Style

  • Multi-joint lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench, cleans
  • Bodyweight moves: pull-ups, pistol squats, headstands
  • HIIT circuits for conditioning
  • Functional strength transformation - sledgehammers, tires, no-nonsense stuff
  • Obstacle course race preparation - grip work, running, mental toughness

My Story

Main Syed Sulaiman hoon - entrepreneur, Muaythai fighter, medal winner for India. Zindagi ne 2019 ke baad mujhe kaafi tough fights di, dengue shock syndrome bhi hua, chalna phir se seekhna pada. Log sochte the main haar gaya, par main toh tayyari kar raha tha next flight ki. Alhumdulillah, slowly strength wapas aa rahi hai. Dard, gam, dar sab andar hai, pinjra tod ke nikal, tu bhi Sikander hai. Jab training nahi karta, toh bike pe hoon, speed mein. Sabse asli, sabse alag - comeback pe hoon.
