About this collection
You might think desserts are just the final step, but I treat them as the highlight of the meal. For instance, my bread malai rolls are prepared with a focus on balancing the richness of milk and nuts without making them overly sugary. When you choose your dessert menu, we can balance these traditional Indian sweets with lighter, modern options like my bourbon milkshake, ensuring there is a flavour for both the elders and the younger guests at your event.
When I plan a menu, I always tell my clients that the dessert counter is where the last impression is formed. You want your guests to leave with a smile, not just full stomachs. That is why I spend as much time on my dessert recipes as I do on the main course.
My approach to desserts mixes nostalgia with a bit of fun. My bread malai rolls have become a favourite for many because they are comforting and rich. I prepare them with a slow-cooked milk base and garnish them generously with nuts to get the texture just right. On the flip side, I love experimenting with drinks. The bourbon milkshake, served in a unique boot-shaped glass, is always a conversation starter. It is fun, it is different, and it shows that your wedding catering can be playful.
Customising Your Sweet Spread
Every event is different, which is why I do not offer a one-size-fits-all dessert list. Whether you are hosting a traditional wedding in Bengaluru or a destination event in Mysuru, we can tailor the sweets to match the theme.
- Traditional Touch: Classic Indian sweets like Laddoos or hot Jalebis made fresh at a live counter.
- Modern Twists: Fusion desserts that bring a contemporary feel to your buffet.
- Refreshing Sips: Custom welcome drinks and shakes to keep guests energised throughout the celebration.
I manage the entire setup, from the temperature of the coolers to the elegant display of the sweet buffet. My team handles the logistics so that the Jalebis remain hot and the shakes stay chilled, regardless of the venue. Let us sit down and pick a menu that your guests will be talking about long after the reception ends.
