Bridal wear should never feel like a costume. My process starts with understanding what makes you comfortable, from the specific neckline and sleeve length to the fabric choice for your Kanchipuram saree. I build each blouse with a structure that lasts through long wedding rituals, using double linings and overlocked seams so you can move freely while looking your best.
Every piece I design is about merging the traditional with the modern. Whether you want a heavy Maggam work blouse for your wedding or a light Langa Voni for a pre-wedding ceremony, I focus on the details that make the outfit yours.
The Custom Process
I often work with brides virtually to keep things simple. We start by discussing what you love and what you do not. I sketch the necklines and sleeve borders to match your saree, and we finalize the fabric—whether it is raw silk, velvet, or a breathable material for a daytime function.
Embroidery & Construction
My team and I use Zardozi, Aari, and Katdana techniques to bring traditional motifs like peacocks, elephants, and florals to life. Beyond the looks, I prioritize wearability. I use double layers of cotton and crepe for the lining, ensuring the heavy handwork does not irritate your skin.
How I Ensure a Perfect Fit
Fit is the most important part of any blouse. I use princess cuts or three-dart padding to give a structure that stays in place. If you are ordering a lehenga or a Langa Voni, I add Can-Can mesh and canvas reinforcements at the hem to create the right amount of volume and movement. Everything is made-to-order, ensuring that your outfit fits your body and your vibe perfectly.
