About Behind the Scenes
You will not find perfectly polished studio edits here. Instead, you see us in our Delhi rehearsal space, working through the nuances of our fusion sets. It is in these focused, unfiltered sessions that Alish and the team weave together our classical training with the upbeat energy of our Bollywood tracks, making sure every chord progression and vocal transition feels seamless before we arrive at your venue.
How We Craft Our Sound
What happens in the jam room acts as the blueprint for every performance. When you watch these rehearsal clips, you are seeing the negotiation between traditional Indian sounds and modern musical arrangement. Alish often starts with a single Sher (couplet), and from there, the band builds the structure. The tabla provides the heartbeat, the flute adds a soulful layer, and the electric guitar brings in the rock edge.
Why Practice Matters for Your Event
We practice not just the songs, but the flow of the set. Whether we are preparing for a high-energy 10-piece club night or an intimate ghazal evening, we map out the energy shift. If a client wants a progression from soft Sufi to upbeat dance numbers, we work on those transitions here.
