Scope of Work
- On-Site Styling: Professional arrangement of the dining table for a sit-down meal.
- Duration: Approximately 2-3 hours of setup time prior to the event.
Design & Florals
- Fresh Floral Centerpieces: 2-3 low-height clusters or one continuous runner-style arrangement using seasonal flowers (Roses, Carnations, Chrysanthemums, Baby's Breath) mixed with green foliage.
- Candlescaping: Provision and setup of 4-6 taper candles in stands or pillar candles.
- Textile Styling: Layering of table runners or placemats (Provider collection: usually jute, organza, or printed fabrics).
Details & Personalization
- Napkin Art: Creative folding of client-provided cloth napkins (e.g., Bow, Rose, or Fan fold techniques).
- Place Settings: Layout of crockery, cutlery, and glassware (using Client's inventory).
- Personalization: Simple printed tent cards with guest names or a printed menu card on standard cardstock.
Themed Party Styling (Up to 20 Guests)
Scope of Work
- Thematic Conceptualization: Execution of a specific theme (e.g., Casino, Festive, Summer, High Tea) for a gathering of 15-20 guests.
- Zones Covered: Dining table (or Buffet spread) plus one additional focal point (e.g., Sideboard or Welcome console).
Decor & Props
- Themed Props: Handcrafted or sourced themed elements (e.g., Playing card cutouts, DIY dice, Urli bowls, themed vase fillers). Note: Props are often DIY/Paper-craft based rather than heavy rental furniture.
- Enhanced Florals: 3-4 significant floral arrangements matching the color palette, using themed vases.
- Buffet Styling: Elevation of food platters using risers or wooden logs and labeling dishes with themed food tags.
Stationery & Soft Decor
- Custom Printables: Themed signage (e.g., Welcome, Menu), food labels, and activity props.
- Linens: Themed overlays or runners to match the concept.
Private Styling Workshop (Up to 8 Guests)
Workshop Format
- Type: Private offline session conducted at the client's residence.
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours of interactive demonstration and practice.
- Capacity: Geared towards intimate groups of up to 8 participants.
Learning Modules
- Napkin Folding: Hands-on training of 3-4 techniques (Butterfly, Rose, Fan folds).
- Floral Basics: Demonstration of creating a centerpiece using locally sourced flowers and household vessels.
- Table Etiquette: Guide on proper placement of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Materials Provided
- Practice Kit: Provider brings practice flowers, floral foam/tape, and sample linens for the duration of the workshop.
