Grand Wedding Stage & Walkway Decor
The Grand Stage (24-30ft Wide)
- Structure: Heavy trussing masked with premium fabric draping in Pastel, White, or Royal Red themes.
- Floral Composition: A heavy visual arrangement using a base of high-quality artificial hydrangeas/wisteria for ceiling depth, interspersed with fresh seasonal roses and tuberoses for front-facing areas.
- Furniture: Includes one 3-seater Premium Wedding Couch (Gold/Silver finish) and 2 side chairs.
The Walkway (40-50ft Long)
- Flooring: Printed event carpet (Chevron or traditional red) running the length of the aisle.
- Aisle Decor: 6-8 decorative pillars lining the path topped with floral bunches or LED candles.
- Ceiling: Overhead hanging elements like tassels or floral strings based on venue height permissions.
Special Effects & Lighting
- Entry FX: Dry Ice Fog Machine operator for the bridal entry and 6 units of Cold Pyro (Sparklers) for the Varmala moment.
- Entrance Arch: A 10ft x 10ft decorative gate matching the stage theme.
- Lighting: Intelligent setup with PAR cans for color washing and 2 Sharpy moving heads for stage dynamics.
Vibrant Haldi & Mehendi Prop Setup
Main Backdrop & Seating
- Dimensions: Standard 8ft x 8ft structure.
- Style: Choice of Artificial Green Wall with marigold strings OR Colorful Fabric Draping (Yellow/Orange/Pink) in pleat patterns.
- Seating: One 2-seater decorated Swing (Jhoola) with cushions OR a low-height Diwan setup with bolsters.
- Signage: One laser-cut MDF/Acrylic sign (e.g., 'Mehendi' or Couple Hashtag).
Props & Floral Details
- Thematic Props: Rental of 4-6 items such as Rajasthani umbrellas, painted bicycles, birdcages, or dreamcatchers.
- Flowers: Fresh Marigold (Genda) strings for hanging. Accent bouquets use a mix of fresh and high-quality artificial flowers to maintain volume.
- Floor Decor: 2 Brass or fiber Urlis filled with water and petals.
Entrance & Lighting
- Walkway: A welcome board on an easel and a floral door-frame hanging (Toran).
- Lighting: Basic halogen washes (2-4 lights) to illuminate the backdrop.
Modern Shimmer Wall & Balloon Backdrop
Photo Backdrop
- Wall Type: 8ft x 8ft Active Shimmer Wall (Gold, Silver, or Black sequins that move with air) OR customized Flex backdrop.
- Balloon Art: Organic style L-shape or semi-circle arch using approx. 400-500 Chrome, Pastel, or Metallic balloons.
- Signage: Rental of one generic Neon Sign (e.g., 'Happy Birthday').
Props & Display
- Marquee Numbers: Rental of up to 2 large LED-lit numbers/letters (3ft height) to denote age.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (plinths) in matching colors.
- Flooring: A patch of artificial grass or small carpet to frame the photo area.
Logistics
- Timeline: Setup completed 2 hours prior to the event; breakdown immediately after.
