Signature 8x8ft Brand Backdrop & Photo Zone
Structure & Branding
- Backdrop: 8ft (H) x 8ft (W) hard-panel backdrop (MDF or Sunboard) with a zero-wrinkle paint finish.
- Customization: Available in Arched, Wave, or Standard Rectangle shapes painted in your brand palette.
- Logo: Includes one custom acrylic 3D cutout or Neon-Flex signage (up to 3ft width) for logos or hashtags.
Styling & Decor
- Balloon Installation: L-shaped or semi-arch organic styling (approx. 12 running feet) using premium chrome, pastel, or double-stuffed latex balloons.
- Props: 2 to 3 floor props to add depth, such as disco ball clusters, painted pedestals, or themed cutouts.
- Lighting: 2 LED par cans provided to uplight the backdrop.
Service Details
- Logistics: Transport within Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida included.
- Staff: Setup by a specialized team (3 to 4 hours) with next-day teardown and removal.
Interactive Gifting Station: Flower Bar or Sunglass Wall
The Setup
- Structure: Choice of a styled Wooden Kiosk Cart or a 6ft x 4ft Vertical Pegboard Wall.
- Branding: Vinyl plotting on the structure with event name or messaging.
- Decor: Minimal floral styling or balloon bunches attached to the station to match the theme.
Stock & Giveaways (Choose One)
- Option A (Flower Bar): Fresh blooms (Gypsophila/Baby's Breath with Rose/Sunflower accents), Kraft paper cones, ribbons, and stickers for 50 guests.
- Option B (Accessory Station): Fashion eyewear (heart shapes/retro) or small brand merch arranged on the display for 50 guests.
Execution
- Manpower: Includes 1 dedicated attendant for 3 hours to assist guests with bouquets or selection.
- Inventory: One-time stock setup included.
Complete Venue Styling Package (Up to 60 Pax)
Entrance & Welcome
- Signage: 1 Easel stand with a rigid foam-board welcome sign (24 x 36 inches) featuring brand graphics.
- Accent: Small organic balloon cluster or floral piece attached to the easel.
Main Engagement Zone
- Backdrop: Full 8ft x 8ft branded backdrop with organic balloon garland and neon/cutout logo (same specs as the Signature Backdrop item).
- Flooring: Themed rug or vinyl placement in front of the backdrop.
Dining Area (Up to 10 Tables)
- Centerpieces: 10 units of curated decor, such as disco ball vases with Baby's Breath or bud vase clusters.
- Stationery: 20 custom branded table tents or menu cards (2 per table).
Details
- Fillers: 4 to 5 helium balloon bunches placed in empty venue corners.
- Coordination: Full venue styling service including setup coordination with venue staff.
