Bar & Backdrop
- Statement Bar: One 12ft to 15ft long bar counter with thematic cladding (foliage or branding) and bartender shelving.
- Photo Op Installation: An 8ft x 8ft backdrop using high-density artificial greenery panels mixed with real foliage.
- Neon Signage: Rental of generic phrases or fabrication of one custom acrylic LED neon sign (up to 3ft width).
Furniture Setup
- Lounge Clusters: 2 distinct pockets featuring 3-seater Chesterfield-style velvet sofas, accent armchairs, and coffee tables.
- Soft Furnishings: Themed cushion covers (e.g., zebra print, sequins), rugs (faux animal hide or Persian style), and table artifacts.
- High Tables: 4-6 Cocktail high tables with spandex covers or thematic tie-backs.

How I Work
- I start with your brand’s story and what you want out of the event. Every detail, from the entrance arch to the lighting, gets built out with that in mind.
- Whether it’s a President’s Gala that feels like a chic jungle or a dinner straight out of Sicily, I go all-in on themed business gala décor.
- Love big ideas—like turning a ballroom into a wild green paradise or bringing in citrus-scented centerpieces for a Mediterranean vibe.
What I Actually Do
- Branded event environments: Custom arches, life-size props, neon signs, you name it.
- Lighting is a big deal for me. Custom corporate event lighting can totally flip the mood from formal to fun.
- I create chill spaces for networking, not just rows of boring chairs. People actually want to hang out and connect.
- Indoors or outdoors, I’ll find ways to make the venue feel fresh and on-brand.
