About this collection
For the Godrej South Estate project, we moved away from a traditional reception desk. We created a modular facade using layered MDF plates that physically represents the flow of the brand. This semi-permeable installation uses nearly 170 narrow-beam lights to balance openness with a sense of intrigue. When we design an experience centre, we start with this kind of spatial narrative to ensure every turn feels intentional, not just functional.
An experience centre should not be a static showroom. It is a tool for storytelling. When we take on a project, whether it is for a luxury developer in Gurugram or a commercial brand in Delhi, our goal is to create a seamless journey. We focus on how a visitor enters, what they see first, and how the space subtly guides them from the lobby to the model apartment or discussion zone.
We focus on three technical pillars to achieve this:
- Spatial Strategy: We plan zones that respond to visitor movement. We use fluid floor plans and zoning to ensure privacy during negotiations while maintaining an open feel for browsing.
- Material Storytelling: Materials are not just for finish. We use wood for warmth, marble for prestige, and metal inlays for structure. Each choice reflects the brand identity, ensuring the space feels like a natural extension of the company.
- Lighting and Technology: We integrate AV infrastructure and lighting that highlights key architectural moments. By using museum-grade track lighting and hidden cove systems, we direct attention to the property models and brand messaging without cluttering the visual field.
Design is not about filling a room with furniture. It is about removing the obstacles that prevent a customer from understanding the value of your brand. We apply this logic to every retail lounge and sales centre we build, ensuring the environment does the heavy lifting for your sales team.
