Residential Sanctuaries: Minimalist & Warm Home Interiors
I design homes that function as personal sanctuaries. By blending modern minimalism with earthy textures, I help you create a space that feels calm, connected to nature, and perfectly suited to your lifestyle.
This collection of curated corners showcases my versatility in residential interiors. From a serene Japandi-style living room and a minimalist bathtub retreat to a cozy outdoor patio, each space is designed to be a personal sanctuary.

This master bedroom is a blend of comfort and style, featuring muted tones and natural wicker accents. The custom paneling behind the bed adds architectural detail, while the cozy seating area makes it a true retreat.

I designed this rooftop terrace as the ultimate evening retreat. With a comfortable sofa, a swinging daybed, and lush planters under a starry sky, it’s the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining.
About Residential Sanctuaries
Many clients assume that a minimalist home will feel cold or clinical, but I use tactile materials like lime plaster, natural timber, and soft-diffused lighting to ensure every corner feels warm. It is about balancing clean, structural lines with the organic textures of a real home so your space feels like a retreat rather than a showroom.
My approach to residential design is rooted in the concept of 'Goodu,' the Kannada word for nest. A home should not just be an architectural statement you live in, but a physical extension of your peace of mind. Whether we are planning a weekend villa or a city apartment, the goal remains the same: creating a sanctuary that disconnects you from the urban chaos of Bengaluru.
I frequently work with the Japandi aesthetic, which combines the functionality of Scandinavian design with the rustic warmth of Japanese interiors. This means favoring neutral palettes, low-profile furniture, and open floor plans that maximize natural light and airflow. For those who prefer a more grounded look, I incorporate raw stone, exposed wood, and earthy plaster finishes that age gracefully over time.
If you are worried about the clutter that often comes with residential living, my interior detailing includes custom joinery and hidden storage solutions to maintain clean lines without sacrificing utility. Every project begins with 3D visualization, allowing us to test how light hits your walls throughout the day and ensuring the flow from your living area to your outdoor patio feels natural. Whether you are looking for a complete design-build service or a specific interior refresh, we can work together to map out a space that is functional, innovative, and deeply personal.
