Event & Hospitality Architecture Design
We design event and hospitality spaces that blend contemporary aesthetics with a strong connection to the environment. Our focus is on shaping the atmosphere through deliberate spatial planning and natural light.

The main hall of the Samavana wedding venue opens onto a large, manicured lawn, creating a flexible space for large gatherings. The high, pitched roof and open sides allow for an airy, pavilion-like feel that connects the celebration to the outdoors.

The guest suites at Samavana are arranged around a central lawn, offering a serene retreat from the main festivities. An arched opening in the wall frames a view through to the other side, creating layers of space and visual connection.

A distinctive feature of Samavana is the brick wall with large, custom-designed windows featuring geometric metalwork. This detail adds an artistic, contemporary touch to the otherwise rustic material palette.

About Event & Hospitality Design
At Samavana, we prioritized the guest experience by using a column-free, open-air layout that frames the natural landscape. The design relies on rhythm and sequence, with long, symmetrical walkways that build anticipation before opening into the primary celebration space, ensuring guests feel a distinct transition as they enter the venue.
Successful hospitality architecture is defined by how it manages human flow and creates atmosphere. In our work on Samavana, we moved away from rigid, closed-off designs. Instead, we focused on architectural elements that blur the boundary between the built structure and the outdoors. The pitched steel trusses create an expansive, airy volume, allowing for maximum flexibility in event seating and stage placement without visual obstruction.
We believe in the power of material honesty. Exposed brick, combined with custom metalwork, provides a rustic yet refined aesthetic that ages well. Every detail, from the lighting integrated into walkways to the placement of guest suites around the central lawn, is intentional. We map out the guest journey to ensure that the transition from arrival to the main ceremony is both logical and engaging.
For hospitality venues, the architecture must do two things: serve the functional requirements of large gatherings and provide a compelling backdrop for photography and celebration. We emphasize structural engineering that supports iconic facades, while ensuring that service cores and infrastructure remain unobtrusive. Whether you are planning a boutique resort or an open-air event space, our design process centers on optimizing the site’s topography and orientation to natural light. We focus on building structures that create settings to host your guests effectively.
