We create homes that breathe. Our architecture integrates natural light, courtyards, and honest materials to craft spaces that grow with your family.

An aerial view of The U-L-I Residence, a 25,000 sq. ft. home designed for a multigenerational family. The architecture organizes shared public spaces on the ground floor and private family units above, all connected by a series of courtyards and green spaces.

The Franklin Residence in Bengaluru presents a bold facade with a composition of white planes, red brick, and a black slatted screen. A circular opening in the brick wall creates a unique architectural signature and a playful focal point.

The double-height living room in the Jayanagar Residence creates a sense of grandeur and openness. The mezzanine level with its wood and glass partition maintains a visual connection while defining a separate, more intimate space above.

This Bengaluru residence showcases a blend of modern forms with natural materials like brick and wood. The design incorporates cantilevered roofs and large planters, integrating the building with its landscape.

In the Franklin Residence, large glass walls connect the living room to an outdoor patio. This design choice floods the interior with natural light and allows the residents to feel connected to the garden even when indoors.

The terrace of the RT Nagar Residence is designed as a series of interconnected open and semi-covered spaces. This creates a versatile outdoor living area that can be used throughout the day, with planters and simple wooden doors adding a touch of warmth.

The U-L-I Residence features a lush courtyard garden that seamlessly integrates with the living spaces. The design uses planters along the building edge and large sliding glass doors to blur the boundary between inside and out.

About Residential Sanctuaries

We approach every residential project as a technical and emotional partnership. Before the first brick is laid, we analyze your site’s topography, wind direction, and sun-path to ensure natural cooling and optimal interior lighting. When we present our 3D visualizations, they come paired with detailed facade specifications and material lists, guaranteeing that the home you approve is the exact home we deliver on-site.
