Design Proposals & Future Visions
A collection of our conceptual journeys, exploring how structure, light, and material can redefine commercial facades and private sanctuaries.
A render for an upcoming commercial project in Koramangala, featuring a limestone facade with integrated planters that allow greenery to cascade down the building. This concept explores how architecture can merge with the natural landscape in an urban context.
A render of a proposed residence in Hyderabad, designed as a series of interconnected white volumes surrounded by lush vegetation. The design emphasizes transparency and a connection to the garden, with large glass walls and open terraces.
A proposal for a commercial building overlooking a golf course, featuring a facade of vertical wooden louvers. These screens provide sun shading while offering filtered views of the landscape, creating a dynamic and context-sensitive design.
An aerial view of a proposed commercial building in Koramangala, with a playful, curved glass facade that creates a series of stepped terraces. These outdoor spaces are designed as green extensions of the indoor offices.
A proposal for a modern farmhouse, conceived as a series of pavilions connected by open courtyards and a lily pond. The design breaks down the mass of the building to create an intimate relationship with the surrounding landscape.
A physical model of a residential facade, showing the interplay between solid concrete forms and delicate wooden screens. This study model helps us refine the proportions and material composition of the design.
A render for a proposed institutional building in Coimbatore. The design features a grand, colonnaded structure that creates a sense of civic importance, combined with modern materials and a focus on natural light.
About this collection
Every conceptual render here acts as a structural blueprint, not just a visual aid. We prioritize technical feasibility during the proposal stage, ensuring that complex facade elements like limestone cladding or cantilevered volumes are designed with construction, material sourcing, and local site conditions in mind from day one.
At Studio Design Forum, we view a design proposal as the first step in a building's 'second life.' Before a single brick is laid, we map out how a structure will interact with its environment, whether it is a commercial office block in the busy streets of Koramangala or a private farmhouse retreat in Nandi Hills.
Our process goes beyond aesthetics. When we present a concept, we are conducting a technical dialogue about:
- Environmental Context: We analyze solar paths and wind direction to determine if a facade needs breathing walls, vertical louvers, or high-performance glazing.
- Materiality: We test how materials like Afyon Grey marble or weathering steel behave under local weather conditions, ensuring the 'timeless' look we design remains intact for decades.
- Spatial Experience: Every line we draw is about the journey. We focus on how light enters a space, how private areas transition into public zones, and how the architecture facilitates the daily rituals of the people who use it.
We don't just present ideas; we present possibilities that are rooted in reality. By the time we move from these future visions to GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, the core engineering, volume, and structural logic are already settled. This prevents the common gap between a beautiful render and a difficult build, giving our clients a clear, honest view of the final outcome.

We are Harsha and Shyamanta. We believe architecture shouldn't just stand there—it should grow with the people who inhabit it. We obsess over light, texture, and volume so that every proposal feels grounded in its environment.
