We transform empty floor plans into personal sanctuaries. Our approach to luxury combines raw, natural materials with a obsession for light, creating homes that feel open, airy, and deeply intentional.

The uniquely shaped live-edge wooden dining table is the heart of our penthouse, 301. Its organic form guides the flow between the living, dining, and staircase areas, tying the open-plan space together.

In the primary bedroom of our penthouse, we designed custom wooden screens that function like an art installation. They allow the user to control light, views, and privacy, and are complemented by an elegant Sabyasachi wallpaper.

The bedroom in this luxury villa features a stunning travertine wall that adds natural texture and depth. Paired with warm wooden flooring and soft textiles, the space feels serene, inviting, and filled with sunlight.

The terrace is the soul of our penthouse. Here, our youngest client enjoys the open space, which is designed for everything from hula hooping to quiet afternoons, seamlessly connected to the bedrooms.

The outdoor pavilion for this villa is nestled in a lush garden. We emphasized the use of wood for its warm tones, creating a perfect balance with the surrounding greenery for both relaxation and parties.

The wooden deck of this luxury villa extends from the bedroom to an outdoor seating area by the pool. This seamless transition blurs the line between inside and out, creating a private, resort-like feel.

The living room in our penthouse, 301, is a fusion of our personalities. It features clean lines, comfortable furniture, and personal art, all opening up to a balcony that overlooks the surrounding tree canopies.

Our 11-year-old client for this room had only one request: a brick wall. We designed this cozy bedroom in our penthouse with an exposed brick wall, custom wooden furniture, and a window seat for reading.

A view from the bedroom in our penthouse, looking out onto the terrace. The design prioritizes this connection to the outdoors, with large sliding doors that make the terrace feel like an extension of the room.

There’s never enough cane weave. We designed this custom shoe cabinet and seating nook under the stairs in our penthouse, using cane to add texture and warmth to a functional space.

About Crafted Living: Penthouse & Villa Interiors

In our 301 penthouse project, we moved beyond standard layouts to prioritize privacy without sacrificing openness. We installed custom wooden louvred screens that allow the family to manually adjust light and shadow throughout the day, effectively turning the bedroom windows into a functional art piece while keeping the entire apartment connected to the outdoors.
