We don’t believe in sterile, quiet offices. Here is a look at the chaos, creativity, and the occasional table tennis match that fuels our design process.

Studio Playbook Rule #1: Sunlight is free. Use it generously. We truly believe this, and our designs always prioritize natural light. Sometimes, it even inspires a nap at the desk.

This or That, XS version. A fun reel showing our team's preferences, from "Brick with Wood" vs "Concrete with Glass" to "Early Bird" vs "Night Owl." It's a quick look at what makes us tick.

Our most experienced employee, Klause, taking a well-deserved nap. He's the goodest boy and our official studio mascot, ensuring office standards are always met.

Our hearts are full, and so are our plates. A Thanksgiving feast at the studio is a tradition we love. It's a time to gather, share food, and be grateful for our amazing team.

The whole team together for our annual Smash & Dash table tennis tournament. It was a day of smashing serves, dashing rallies, and non-stop fun.

Studio Playbook Rule #2: SketchUp crashed. So did I. A feeling every architect knows all too well. Our office dog, Klause, demonstrates the appropriate response.

Studio Playbook Rule #3: Circulation is not an afterthought. Here, our team takes that principle literally with a bit of office bouldering. Design should be playful.

Studio Playbook Rule #4: Ctrl+Z can't fix this. That moment of creative burnout is real. We've all been there. Time for a chai break.

Studio Playbook Rule #5: Context is queen. Even when the site is a chaotic mess of boxes and a wrapped-up horse statue, we always focus on the context.

Studio Playbook Rule #6: Too many cooks spoil the broth. Collaboration is key, but sometimes a design charrette can get a little crowded. It's all part of the creative chaos.

About The Studio Playbook & Office Life

You won’t find us hiding behind stiff corporate talk. We operate by our own 'Studio Playbook'—where sunlight is free, context is queen, and yes, sometimes the software crashes. We believe that an office should be as open and honest as the buildings we design. Whether it is a quick office bouldering session to clear a creative block or a late-night design charrette with chai, this is the environment that lets us obsess over details like exposed brick bonds and lime plaster finishes.
