The Process

• Briefing & Discovery: We start by understanding your brand or personal needs. We build a comprehensive brief that guides our design decisions.
• Visualization: Once the direction is set, we move to 3D renders. This gives you a clear picture of textures, lighting, and layout before any demolition or installation starts.
• Technical Documentation: Design is only as good as its execution. We provide detailed GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and joinery details for all custom millwork.
• Sourcing & Supervision: Whether we are sourcing exotic stones or coordinating custom furniture, we stay involved. Our team provides design supervision to ensure the contractor's work aligns with our design intent.
