We treat the court as a launchpad for these opportunities, actively guiding our students on resume building, SAT planning, and recruitment criteria while managing their high-intensity training schedules.
The Squash Xtreme Methodology
Our process is built on what we call 'Total Squash.' It is a comprehensive system that goes beyond hitting the ball. We integrate daily junior squash coaching with video analysis, tactical classroom sessions, and rigorous physical conditioning to ensure our players are ready for both the national circuit and international competition.

We are Squash Xtreme, and for us, this is more family than academy. Our coaches work all hours because we see every student not just as an athlete, but as a future champion. We started small with eight kids, and seeing them succeed at nationals and universities keeps us going every single day.
