Most families do not realize that every Ivy League college maintains a Division 1 squash team, creating a distinct academic pathway for student-athletes. We treat the court as a launchpad for these opportunities, actively guiding our students on resume building, SAT planning, and recruitment criteria while managing their high-intensity training schedules.
The Squash Xtreme Methodology
Our process is built on what we call 'Total Squash.' It is a comprehensive system that goes beyond hitting the ball. We integrate daily junior squash coaching with video analysis, tactical classroom sessions, and rigorous physical conditioning to ensure our players are ready for both the national circuit and international competition.
