About The Squash Xtreme Family & Method
When we were banned from a public complex early on, I made a promise that no child would be denied coaching because of random rules. That is why we operate as a family, not just an academy. If you are looking for a place where your child is not just another registration number—but someone we are fully committed to seeing progress—you have found it.
Our 'Total Squash' method is not just about hitting the ball. It is about building a foundation of character, discipline, and tactical intelligence from day one. We believe that whether you are six or sixteen, the fundamentals matter. Our junior coaching curriculum focuses heavily on technical basics like the split step and T-position movement, ensuring that every player has the tools to sustain long, competitive rallies.
But the coaching is only half the story. Our program is built on a network of support that includes parents, strength trainers, and mentors like Lalit Varma, who guides our overarching philosophy. We do not just run drills. We conduct weekly video analysis, classroom sessions on game theory, and specific HIIT conditioning to ensure our players are physically and mentally ready for the national and international circuit.
We are also deeply committed to grassroots development. By running programs in locations as remote as Janglia Gaon, we look for talent where others do not. Our goal is to create pathways for all kids, whether they want to represent India at the Asian Games or secure admission to Ivy League universities through squash.
