Squash Xtreme Highlights: Our Journey from Grassroots to National Champs
We do not just coach squash. We build character, nurture talent from rural villages to elite academies, and guide our students to national rankings and international university admissions.
This is what we work for. We are incredibly proud that our student, Shaurya Bawa, became the first Indian in a decade to win a medal at the World Junior Squash Championships, placing him in the top 3 globally. This achievement is a testament to our rigorous training process and our dream of building world champions right here in India.
We believe squash is a powerful pathway to higher education. We provide dedicated guidance for university admissions, and we are proud to see our students like Shaurya Bawa (Columbia University), Aarav Gill (Tufts University), and Sonya Bajaj (Tufts University) successfully leverage their sport for placements in top global institutions.
Our partnership with Modern School, Barakhamba Road, showcases our ability to build a dominant school squash program. At the IPSC Squash Championship 2025, our students secured 3 Gold medals and 1 Silver medal, demonstrating the effectiveness of our on-campus coaching and tournament preparation.
Our mission goes beyond elite training. This video shows our grassroots development project in a small village, where we built courts to make squash accessible to everyone. We believe in nurturing raw talent and providing life skills, proving that champions can come from anywhere with the right support and infrastructure.
Our coaching team is led by champions. We celebrate our coach, Atul Kumar Yadav, for winning the Pro Coach category at the 81st National Squash Championship. Our students learn from the best because our coaches have competed and won at the highest levels of the sport.
Our results speak for themselves. According to the official June rankings from the Squash Rackets Federation of India, our academy is home to three India Number 1 ranked players in different age categories and the winner of the World Junior trials. This shows the depth and consistency of our training system.

The Total Squash Methodology
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Our curriculum is built on 'Total Squash,' which integrates tactical analysis, technical drills, and physical conditioning. Every student, regardless of skill level, follows a structured path that includes:
- Technical Foundations: Grip correction, swing mechanics, and footwork drills.
- Game Theory: Classroom sessions on match strategy, court geometry, and tactical decision-making.
- Athletic Conditioning: Injury prevention, agility training, and fitness periodization to help students peak during tournament seasons.
Our School and Community Impact
We are deeply invested in making squash accessible. Beyond our elite varsity training, we partner with schools to manage full-scale programs. This includes our work at Modern School, Barakhamba, where we provide professional coaches and tournament prep, turning campus facilities into high-performance centers. Simultaneously, we remain committed to grassroots development. We identify talent in areas with limited infrastructure, providing equipment and coaching to ensure that lack of resources does not stop a dedicated child from competing at the national level.

We run an academy that works 24/7, where mentors like Lalit Varma and our dedicated coaching team ensure every student gets the attention they need. We are proud of our results, but we are most proud of the character we build in our players.
