Building Champions at Barakhamba Road
At the Indian Tennis Academy, we operate with a clear philosophy: results matter. Training at our facility in Modern School, Barakhamba, is not about going through the motions. It is about preparing for the reality of competitive tennis.
The High-Performance Routine
Our Elite Training program is designed for players who have moved past the basics and are now chasing tournament wins. We focus on three critical pillars:
- Match Simulation: We use live ball rallies, internal sparring, and point simulations to get you comfortable in high-pressure situations.
- Technical Accuracy: Under the guidance of our director Todd Clark, we utilize biomechanical analysis to correct strokes, ensuring your forehand, backhand, and serve are weaponized, not just consistent.
- Athlete Development: Tennis is physically demanding. Every session includes dedicated strength and conditioning work to improve power, agility, and injury prevention. You are an athlete first, a tennis player second.
Why This Matters
Most clubs offer casual hitting. We offer a pathway. Whether you are aiming for national rankings or looking to secure a US college tennis scholarship, we provide the mentorship and planning to make it happen. We have seen players like Niyati Kukreti climb the ranks, and we bring that same intensity to every court.
Joining the Academy
We always recommend a trial session first. It is the best way to see if our coaching style and intensity match your goals. Come, see the facility, meet the team, and decide if you are ready to put in the work.
