When you see our students working with parachutes or navigating obstacle courses, it is about more than just burning energy. It is about learning to wait for a friend, follow a rhythm, and celebrate a collective win. In these group sessions, we emphasize that every child’s movement matters, helping them find their place in the team while building foundational athletic skills.

Beyond Individual Growth

While we focus on individual skill development like gymnastics and tumbling, our group classes introduce the essential element of social fitness. By participating in structured team drills and games, children learn to navigate group dynamics—cooperation, turn-taking, and active listening—all while they are physically active.

What Happens in a Group Session

Our classes are designed to feel like play, but they are built on specific physical and social objectives:

  • Parachute Play: This is a classic for a reason. It requires every child to watch their peers and move in sync, making it a perfect tool for developing coordination and rhythmic awareness.
  • Team Obstacle Courses: We set up circuits where kids have to help each other or move in sequences. This improves problem-solving skills and boosts confidence as they cheer each other on to complete the course.
  • Guided Games: Whether it is tag variants or ball work, our coaches use these games to introduce basic sportsmanship and social interaction in a positive, high-energy environment.

Safe & Structured Play

We maintain a coach-to-student ratio of roughly 1:8 to 1:10 across our centers in Indirapuram, Gurugram (Nirvana Country and Ireo Skyon), Greater Noida (Jaypee Greens), and Noida Sector 62. This ensures that every child gets individual attention, even when they are part of a larger group. The floors are padded with shock-absorbent EVA mats, and our equipment—from low-height beams to tunnels—is specifically sized for young athletes.
