Schedule
- Frequency: 2 sessions per week (Saturday & Sunday)
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session
- Venue: Access to leased school grounds during batch hours
Training Scope
- Curriculum: Beginner focus on hand-eye coordination and stance correction
- Equipment: Soft ball/tennis ball usage only (No leather ball)
- Drills: Agility work using ladders, cones, and shuttle runs
- Coaching: Group instruction by certified assistant coaches
Amenities
- Gear: Usage of academy cones, hurdles, and stumps included
- Hydration: Large water dispenser available on ground
Standard Development Batch
Schedule
- Frequency: 3 to 4 sessions per week (Weekday evenings + Weekend)
- Duration: 2 hours per session
- Group Size: Approx. 12-15 students per coach

- Cricket: Transition to leather ball (hard ball) and net practice on matting/concrete wickets

Why We Do This
Sports have always been more than just a hobby for us. We started as a small cricket academy and now, with hundreds of kids in Gurgaon, Dwarka, and Dehradun, we’ve grown into a true sports family. Yeh toh bas shuruat hai (this is just the beginning) - every child deserves a shot, no matter which sport.
Our Coaching Style
We’re not about endless drills or crowded batches. Our focus is on holistic youth athlete development. That means:
- Strong basics and skill work for each sport
- Fitness that’s fun but tough enough to build stamina and prevent injuries
- Mindset training, because handling pressure and bouncing back is half the game

My Story
We’re a family-driven academy—togetherness is our thing. Started with just cricket, now RKade’s got kids smashing it in football, tennis, basketball, skating, karate too. Been at it since 2016, lots of sweat, lots of laughs, some media headlines, and maa kasam (I swear) – we don’t quit. Our students’ wins are our wins. My wife jokes she’s stuck with me, but honestly, I’m just here to make every kid feel unstoppable. Jai Maa Durga.
