About Group Cycling Rides
We’re Weekend Riders. We’re all about grabbing our cycles, heading out, and seeing where the wheels take us. For us, the best moments come from riding together, cheering each other on, and just soaking in the weekend vibes with a group of folks who love the journey as much as the destination.
What Makes Us Different
- It’s not just about the kilometers - it’s the laughs, pushing limits, and watching someone conquer a distance they never thought possible. Every ride is a new story.
- Our crew is a wild mix - beginners, pros, chill explorers, hill crushers, and trail lovers. If you’ve got a bike and a bit of curiosity, you’ll fit right in.
Types of Rides
- Scenic cycling routes: We roll through green stretches, lakesides, and countryside roads. Sometimes we just stop, take in the view, and enjoy the ride.
- Long-distance group rides: Century rides? Yeah, we do them. Bangalore to Mysore highway, pushing past 80km, all of us pushing each other.
- Off-road cycling adventures: Mud, dirt, and nature trails like Nallur Tamarind Grove. MTB or road, it’s always a mixed bag of fun and struggle.
How It Rolls
- Rides are mostly on weekends - everyone’s got time and energy then.
- You need a bike, helmet, and your best pedal maadi attitude (just pedal, folks!).
No fancy rules - Bas, chalo sir, let’s ride together!

My Story
We started as just a bunch of friends hitting Bangalore’s trails on our cycles, chasing that feeling of wind and freedom. From Nallur’s tamarind trees to Nandi’s foggy hills, it’s always about the ride—and the people. Our group kept growing. Watching someone finish their first century ride? Magic. Sure, we get rusty, we fix punctures, but rule number one: just pedal maadi! That’s what Weekend Riders is about.
My Work
