About Fun Fitness & Multi-Sport

My sessions rotate between hula hooping, agility drills, and parachute games so kids don't feel like they are in a boring PT class. We keep batch sizes small—usually 8 to 12 children—ensuring every kid, whether they are 3 or 10, gets enough personal coaching to actually learn the move, not just watch it from the sidelines.
