Luxury Living and Dining Room Interiors
We design living and dining spaces that serve as the home's heart, blending timeless Indian crafts with modern comfort and smart layouts.
For this expansive Vasant Kunj farmhouse, we designed the living area for a large joint family. I personally curated the furniture layout, playing with interesting patterns and forms. We selected unique rugs, fabrics, and artworks to create a space that is both cohesive and full of character.

The living room at our Vasant Kunj farmhouse project features a dramatic gold-textured ceiling and modern black pendant lights. The design combines sleek, contemporary furniture with bold patterns, creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere for a large family.
This living area is defined by its unique circular layout, featuring two curved sofas facing each other over a striking patterned rug. This arrangement fosters connection and conversation, making it a perfect setup for families who love to entertain.

Detail is everything. These nesting side tables feature contrasting textures and patterns, adding a layer of sophistication to the living room. The combination of ribbed black wood and a textured metallic top is an example of our focus on unique material combinations.
A glimpse into our Cleo County project, where we blended modern elegance with soft, muted tones. The living and dining spaces are designed to feel inviting, with playful light and carefully selected wall decor creating a warm and sophisticated ambiance.
In this living room, we used quilted beige sofas to create a cozy and luxurious feel. The space is accessorized with elegant glass vases and an hourglass, reflecting the client's sophisticated taste while maintaining a comfortable, lived-in atmosphere.
This seating arrangement features custom-designed furniture, including light blue high-back lounge chairs that add a pop of color. The scene is anchored by a stylish dark blue console with brass ring pulls, showcasing our ability to create unique, bespoke pieces.
The dining area in our Cleo County project features a beautiful marble-top table with custom inlay work, surrounded by two-toned upholstered chairs. The Greek key pattern on the marble floor border adds a classic, elegant touch to this modern space.
About Luxury Residences: Living & Dining Spaces
When we plan your living area, we look at how your family actually moves through the room—the placement of the coffee table, the edge profile of your console, and how light hits your dining surface. I design these layouts to be multifunctional, ensuring your space feels grand when you host guests but remains comfortable enough for a quiet evening at home.
Every project begins with understanding your daily routine. My design process is structural, not just decorative. I focus on space planning that improves your flow, ensuring that large, open areas like those in our Vasant Kunj or Cleo County projects remain warm and inviting.
Designing for Flow and Function
- Space Planning: We map out your living and dining zones to maximize natural light and movement. Whether it is a curved sofa arrangement for conversation or a dining set for family meals, every piece serves a purpose.
- Custom Furniture: We manufacture furniture in our own facility. This allows us to control the exact thickness, joinery, and finish of your dining tables and storage units. You get furniture built for your specific room dimensions, not mass-produced sizes.
- Material Integrity: I prefer using materials that age well, like solid wood, natural marble, and brass. We integrate these with hand-crafted Indian elements to ensure your home feels rooted yet contemporary.
- Lighting and Decor: We layer ambient and task lighting to highlight your space. From architectural grooves in the ceiling to statement pendant lights over the dining table, every element is selected to enhance the room's mood.
My team manages the execution from the first sketch to the final handover, conducting regular site visits to ensure the build matches the technical drawings. We build your home to be functional, durable, and distinctly yours.
