Unique Fusion Desserts and Traditional Live Stations
We bring our signature sweets to your wedding or party. From interactive live counters to plated fusion creations, here is a glimpse of how we end your event on a high note.
This is one of my signature fusion creations: a soft, syrup-soaked gulab jamun nestled inside a crispy, golden kunefe nest. It's a perfect example of how I blend traditional Indian sweets with Middle Eastern textures for a unique dessert experience.
To create a truly dynamic and interactive dessert spread, I often use conveyor belts. This allows guests to see the full range of sweets as they glide by, turning the dessert course into a memorable highlight of the event.
Presentation is key to the experience. Here, a delicate rose-infused baklava roll is presented under a glass cloche, creating a moment of drama and elegance for guests at a luxury wedding buffet.
Here, my team is preparing Steamed Jaggery Sandesh at a live station. This delicate Bengali sweet is steamed in banana leaves and served warm, offering guests an authentic taste of regional Indian desserts.
These baked rose and hazelnut filo cups are a testament to my love for detail. Each cup is a crispy, multi-layered bite filled with a fragrant rose cream and topped with crunchy hazelnuts, perfect for a sophisticated dessert table.
For sit-down dinners, I create artistic plated desserts like this Mango Chocolate Ecstasy. It features a mango mousse sphere adorned with dark and white chocolate, served on a plate with a mesmerizing chocolate swirl design.
I serve classic Rasmalai in traditional, diya-shaped clay kulhads. This not only enhances the flavor but also adds a rustic, authentic touch to the dessert experience, connecting with our rich culinary heritage.
A playful and indulgent treat, these are my Butterscotch Brownie Cones. I fill miniature waffle cones with rich brownie chunks and a creamy butterscotch sauce, creating a fun, handheld dessert that delights guests of all ages.
About Featured
When planning your dessert menu, consider the flow of the evening. We recommend pairing a high-energy live station, such as fresh Jalebi, with a slower, plated dessert like our Rose-infused Baklava. This creates natural movement among your guests and prevents the dessert counter from becoming a bottleneck during your event.
Our Approach to Sweets
We have been in the kitchen since 1988, and our philosophy is simple: dessert is the final impression of your event. We balance the nostalgia of traditional Indian mithai with the excitement of modern fusion. Whether you want the comfort of a warm Gulab Jamun or the surprise of a Baklava roll under a glass cloche, we design the menu to keep guests talking.
The Live Experience
Food tastes different when it is made right in front of you. Our live stations bring action to the dessert table. You will find our chefs frying hot Jalebi in pure ghee, assembling steamed Bengali Sandesh on fresh banana leaves, or serving chilled Rabdi in clay kulhads. This adds an element of theatre that standard catering often misses.
Presentation and Logistics
We believe food must look as good as it tastes. For our premium setups, we use brass and gold-finished stands, and for plated desserts, we use techniques like chocolate swirls and edible flowers.
We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area from our base in Malad West. We offer two main tiers of service:
- Standard Spread: Perfect for intimate gatherings, featuring 3 to 4 items like live frying stations and chilled milk sweets.
- Premium Live Studio: Designed for large weddings or luxury events, this includes 6 to 8 items with advanced interactive stations, smoked reveals, and custom plating.
Whatever the scale, our team treats every counter as if it were for our own family function.
