My journey began with a simple mission: to fix the snack drawer. Most packaged snacks are full of hidden fats and ingredients we cannot pronounce. I wanted to bring back the wholesome comfort of the snacks we grew up with, but made with better, healthier choices.
Every product, from the Oats and Aata cookies to the flaky, buttery Khari, follows this standard. I use alternative flours like ragi and jowar for a nutrient boost and swap refined sugar for natural jaggery or khandsari.
