About this collection
When designing a gated community, I prioritize site orientation and traffic flow from the initial sketch. My approach combines 3D master planning with structural site supervision, ensuring the reality on the ground matches the high-definition render you see during the planning phase.
Designing large-scale developments is not just about the buildings, but about the space between them. My work in gated communities and urban developments, such as the Westend project in Meerut, focuses on creating a cohesive environment that balances architectural aesthetics with everyday functionality.
The Planning Process
Every project begins with a deep dive into the site analysis. I study the natural light patterns, wind direction, and traffic flow to position units for optimal comfort. This is followed by 2D floor plans that prioritize space utilization and Vastu compliance, which are then converted into photorealistic 3D visualizations. These renders allow you to walk through the project virtually, adjusting materials like HPL accents or stone cladding before any concrete is poured.
Construction and Execution
Unlike firms that hand off drawings and disappear, I stay involved. For multi-unit residential projects and row houses, I provide on-site supervision during critical phases like slab casting and foundation work. This ensures that the structural integrity, including the use of high-grade steel reinforcement and design mix concrete, is never compromised. Whether it is a high-rise apartment facade or a row of villas, the goal is to create a lasting structure that maintains its appeal and stability over time.
