Essential House Party Mixology (Up to 40 Guests)
Staffing & Service
- Team: 1 Professional Mixologist to make drinks and 1 Bar Support staff to manage washing/ice.
- Duration: Up to 5 hours of service (includes 1 hour prep time).
- Menu: Preparation of 3-4 Cocktails (e.g., Whiskey Sour, LIIT) and 2 Mocktails based on prior consultation.
Included Ingredients (We Bring)
- Mixers: Unlimited soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Soda, Tonic), canned juices (Cranberry, Orange, Pineapple), and syrups (Monin/Giffard).
- Fresh Produce: Lemons, mint leaves, orange peels, green chillies, salt, and sugar.
- Ice: Sufficient high quality ice cubes and crushed ice for the guest count.
Hardware & Policy
- Tools: Professional bar kit (shakers, jiggers, muddlers, mats) provided.
- Infrastructure: Service runs from your existing table or kitchen island.
- Exclusions: Client provides alcohol and glassware (glassware not included in this tier).
Premium Mobile Bar Setup (50 - 80 Guests)
Setup & Infrastructure
- Portable Bar: Includes rental of a foldable professional bar station (black clad or backlit) to create a dedicated service zone.
- Glassware: Full rental of Pilsner, Highball, Old Fashioned, and Wine glasses (or premium unbreakable polycarbonate for pools).
- Logistics: Includes transport of bar counter and glass washing logistics.
Staffing & Menu
- Team: 2 Skilled Mixologists (Lead + Senior) and 1 Utility Support.
- Capacity: Designed for higher ordering frequency without queues.
- Expanded Menu: 4-6 Custom Cocktails, 3 Mocktails, and Shooter options.
Premium Ingredients
- Additions: Includes all standard mixers plus fruit purees (Strawberry, Mango, Passionfruit) for frozen cocktails.
- Presentation: Exotic garnishes (dehydrated fruits, rosemary, basil) and smoke effects (dry ice subject to availability).
Corporate High-Volume & Flair Bar (100+ Guests)
Grand Infrastructure
- Bar Counter: Large 12-15 running feet modular setup accommodating multiple serving points.
- Beer Station: Dedicated chilling and serving zone for beers (includes brand banners if required).
- Glassware: Full range provided including Stemware, Rock glasses, Pilsners, and Shooters.
Entertainment & Staffing
- Team: 5 Member Team (1 Lead Manager, 2-3 Mixologists, 2 Support Staff).
- Showmanship: Includes a 10-15 minute "Flair & Fire" performance with bottle juggling and fire breathing (venue permitting).

- Menu: 8+ Cocktail varieties and bespoke corporate themed drinks matching company colors.

Our Bar, Your Place
Wherever you’re throwing your party - house, rooftop, office or big festival ground - we set up the custom cocktail bar right there. You don’t have to bother about glassware, mixers, or who’s going to serve what. We’ve been doing this since 2018, so we know how to handle anything from chill home parties to full-on corporate galas.
