Professional Mixologist Hire (Staff Only)
Staffing & Skills
- 1 Professional Mixologist: Experienced in classic cocktails and speed-pouring.
- Duration: Covers a standard shift of 5-6 hours (e.g., 7 PM to 12 AM).
- Attire: Professional uniform (typically black/white shirts with suspenders and bow ties).
- Flair Bartending: Higher price range includes bartenders capable of bottle juggling and tricks.
Equipment Provided
- Personal Tool Kit: Bartender brings Boston Shakers, jiggers, muddlers, bar spoons, strainers, speed pourers, and openers.
Client Responsibilities
- Alcohol: Client must provide all liquor and licenses.
- Infrastructure: Bar counter, glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, and cleaning supplies are NOT included.

- Portable Bar: 1 compact mobile setup (options like Rustic Wooden Bar or draped table).
- Glassware: Rental of approx. 120 glasses (Highballs, Whiskey, Wine, Shot glasses).
- Essentials: Ice boxes, scoops, bar mats, and napkins.
Staffing
- 1 Head Bartender: For mixing drinks and menu management.
- 1 Barback: For cleaning, replenishing ice, and assistance.
Unlimited Consumables
- Mixers: Soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Soda, Tonic) and Canned Juices (Orange, Cranberry, Pineapple).
- Ingredients: Cube and crushed ice, standard syrups (Monin or equivalent), and fresh garnishes (lemon, mint, cucumber).

Premium Bar Setup
- Designer Counter: Large 10ft-15ft setup with finish options like LED Infinity, Sequin/Shimmer, or Tropical themes.
- Decor Accents: Includes Neon signs (e.g., Drunk in Love), marquee lights, and easel menu display.
Showmanship
- Theatrics: Flair bartending routines, flaming shots, and dry ice smoke effects.
- Specialty Setups: Assistance with Champagne or Cocktail towers.
Staffing & Service
- Team: 4 staff members (2 Senior Mixologists + 2 Barbacks) in formal attire.
- Menu: Curated list of 5-6 signature cocktails.
Premium Consumables
- Glassware: Wide range including Coupes, Flutes, and Balloon Gin glasses.
- Ingredients: Unlimited ice, premium mixers, exotic garnishes (dehydrated fruits, edible flowers), and syrups.
