Master the Six Fundamental Human Movements
Before you chase heavy weights, you must master how your body actually moves. I train you to squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry with perfect form.
Are you training these six fundamental movements? This video breaks down the essentials: the hinge for posterior chain power, the lunge for single-leg stability, the push for upper body strength, and the carry for a rock-solid core.
About Fundamental Movement Mastery
Most people jump straight to heavy lifting without addressing weak links in their kinetic chain. I use a 60-minute diagnostic assessment to identify your movement imbalances across the Sagittal, Frontal, and Transverse planes before we ever load a barbell. If you want a body that is resilient and strong for the long haul, we must start by fixing your mechanics.
The human body was designed to perform six basic patterns. If you neglect these, you are building a house on a shaky foundation. My training focuses on locking in these patterns so you can move with confidence and zero pain.
The Six Foundations
- Squat: Building leg power and joint stability for the long term.
- Hinge: The secret to a strong posterior chain, specifically your glutes and hamstrings.
- Lunge: Essential for single-leg stability and injury prevention in your knees.
- Push & Pull: Developing upper body structural integrity.
- Carry: The ultimate test for your core and grip strength.
I do not guess when I train you. I test. We analyze your ankle dorsiflexion, hip function, and past injury history. If your form breaks down during these basic movements, you are one rep away from a setback. We catch the issues, fix them with targeted mobility drills, and then add the load. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just tired of hitting a plateau, we need to strip your training back to the basics. Tagde raho.
