Bulletproof Your Knees
This is my specialty. I focus on making your knees resilient for life, whether you're recovering from an injury or preventing one. We build stability and strength from the ankles up with targeted knee prep, rehab drills, and dynamic stability exercises.
Build Foundational Strength
All power comes from your foundation: the posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, lower back) and core. I use exercises like heavy squats, Good Mornings, and Romanian Deadlifts to build a strong, functional base that supports heavy lifting and prevents injury.
Athletic & Explosive Power
Strength is useless if you can't use it. We focus on translating your gym strength into athletic ability through plyometrics, single-leg drills, and multi-planar movements. This is how you become faster, more agile, and more powerful.
Mobility & Recovery
True strength requires length and flexibility. We open up tight hips, improve ankle mobility, and use targeted recovery exercises to ensure your body is ready for the next session. This is essential for pain-free movement and long-term progress.
Fundamental Movement Mastery
Before you can be an athlete, you must master the basics. I teach the six fundamental human movements: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry. Nailing these patterns is the non-negotiable key to preventing injury and unlocking your strength potential.
