About Join the Academy
When you walk into the academy, do not expect a relaxed club environment. Whether you are 5 or 25, you are here to build the engine that wins matches. We focus on high-intensity drills, explosive strength training, and, most importantly, the right mindset. You will be working alongside students who are preparing for district and state competitions, so come ready to sweat and push your limits.
My philosophy is simple: Dream. Play. Win. I started this academy with nothing but a dream and a broken-down court because I believe badminton is life. At my academy, we do not just teach you how to hit a shuttle; we teach you how to be a champion.
We offer two distinct paths depending on your commitment level:

Foundation Agility & Fitness: Perfect if you are starting out or need to build a base. We work on footwork, speed, and bodyweight conditioning. Expect 3 sessions per week where we grind through drills in a group format.

Elite Power & Performance: This is for the serious competitor. You will train 6 days a week, focusing on heavy lifting, plyometrics, and battle ropes to increase your smash power. We monitor your progress, focus on injury prevention, and push you until you reach failure.
I always tell my students: 'Body tut jaaye koe nahi, par sapna nahi tutna chahye' (Let the body break, but never the dream). You will be pushed, you will be tired, and you will learn to love the process. We are located in Rohini and our facility is set up specifically for those who want to Ditch the excuses and start winning.
