Corporate Wellness Art Workshops
Bring a fresh, calming energy to your office. I host guided art therapy workshops designed to help your team de-stress, bond, and rediscover their creativity through simple, joyful activities.
We turned a regular workday into a celebration of creativity for Republic Day. Employees across three different office locations joined in to make these beautiful tricolor crafts. It was a wonderful art for wellness initiative.
Here I am guiding a corporate team through a coffee painting workshop. We started with some fun art games to activate their creative brain before diving into painting with coffee. It's a unique and relaxing way to take a break.
Mandala art is a deeply meditative practice that helps quiet the mind. In this corporate workshop, we used the structured patterns of Mandalas to help employees relax and take a break from their worries. It's a skill they can continue to practice on their own.
About Corporate Wellness Workshops
We don't just set up canvases and leave. We start every session with quick, playful art games to break the ice and help everyone shift gears from office stress to creative flow. Whether it is coffee painting or structured Mandala art, my focus is always on making sure your team feels relaxed, not pressured to create a masterpiece.
Art is a powerful way to quiet the mind when we are constantly running between meetings and deadlines. My corporate sessions are designed to be a safe space—a sanctuary within the workplace where your team can put down their devices and pick up a brush.
How We Work
I bring all the materials, so your team doesn't have to worry about a thing. We usually start with 15 minutes of light-hearted art games, which act as a mental switch, moving the group from a logical state to a creative one.
We can focus on:
- Coffee Painting: A fun, sensory-rich activity that uses simple coffee solutions to create sepia-toned art. It is forgiving, smells great, and is perfect for beginners.
- Mandala Art: The geometry of the circle is deeply meditative. I guide participants through creating their own patterns, which is excellent for focus and reducing anxiety.
If needed, I can have an in-house psychologist on board to help facilitate deeper conversations during the session. This isn't about teaching technique for the sake of art; it is about using art as a tool for wellness and bonding.
The Logistics
We can host these at your office or in my studio. Since the goal is relaxation, I keep the instructions simple and the pace slow. Everyone leaves with their own finished piece, a small tangible reminder to stay grounded in their day-to-day work.
