Sustainable & Festive Team Activities
Bring your team together with hands-on art that celebrates tradition. From sculpting eco-friendly Ganesha idols to creating traditional Lippan art, we create moments of joy right at your office.
There is a special feeling when work desks turn into spaces of devotion. For this workshop, we used eco-friendly clay to sculpt our own Ganesha idols. It was a beautiful, grounding experience that brought so much peace and joy to the team.
We gave old bottles a new life in this recycled art workshop. It’s always a joy to see participants light up as they create something beautiful from scratch. This is a perfect employee engagement activity that is both fun and sustainable.
For Republic Day, we turned this office into a craft studio. The team worked together to create these beautiful tricolor decorations. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a national festival and foster team spirit through a creative paper craft activity.
The festive vibes were in full flow at this Lippan Art workshop. This traditional mud and mirror art form is perfect for creating beautiful decor for festivals like Diwali. The ladies were so engrossed, and the results were absolutely stunning.
Another wonderful eco-friendly Ganesha workshop, this time at Donear Industries. The employees were so happy to do something different from their routine work. We even did a small puja and aarti after making our Bappas, filling the office with devotional energy.
Every Ganesha idol made in our workshops is unique and filled with the creator's love. Here are some more beautiful Bappas from a corporate clay sculpture session. It is a hands-on activity that is both meditative and rewarding.
About Sustainable & Festive Team Activities
We bring everything—from the clay for our Ganesha workshops to the protective covers for your desks—so your office space remains clean and ready for work afterwards. Whether we are sculpting eco-friendly idols or working on traditional Lippan art, my goal is to help your team pause, connect, and enjoy the process without worrying about perfection.
Art as a Refreshing Break
In a busy office environment, constant targets and numbers can be draining. These workshops are a way to step back, breathe, and do something with our hands that has nothing to do with deadlines. When a team creates something together—be it a Ganesha idol during the festive season or a recycled bottle project—it changes the energy in the room. Laughter replaces the usual office chatter, and people who might not talk much during the day find common ground through creativity.
What We Do
- Eco-Friendly Ganesha Sculpting: We use non-toxic, eco-friendly clay to create idols. It is meditative, tactile, and deeply satisfying.
- Lippan Art: We use mirrors and clay relief work to create traditional patterns. It is vibrant, beautiful, and wonderful for team bonding.
- Recycled Art: We turn everyday waste, like old glass bottles, into beautiful decor. It is a simple way to highlight sustainability in the workplace.
How It Works
My approach is very simple. I do not believe in making things difficult. I guide everyone step-by-step, starting with simple games to break the ice. You do not need to be an artist to join; you just need to be open to trying something new. I provide all the supplies, including aprons and table covers. We can set up in your conference room or cafeteria, and I ensure we leave the space exactly as we found it. Let us bring some khushi (joy) into your next office event.

I am Shefali. I have been teaching art since 1988, and for me, it is always about the happiness on your face when you create something with your own hands. I don’t run classes for perfect lines; I run them so you can breathe, laugh, and connect with your colleagues while making art.
