The Discovery Phase
Before we ever pick up a tool, we start with your story. This involves layout planning, mood boards, and furniture selection. We look at your lifestyle—do you need a multifunctional guest room with a Murphy bed? Are you looking for a quiet home office or an open-plan kitchen? We visualize this using 3D renders that allow us to experiment with textures, lighting, and colors. This step helps us catch potential issues before they become expensive problems on-site.
Technical Planning
Once the design direction is locked, we move into construction documentation. This is the 'boring' but vital stuff that makes the design work. We produce GFC (Good For Construction) drawings that detail every electrical point, plumbing line, and lighting layout. This ensures that when our team walks onto the site, they aren't guessing where the switches go or how the Italian marble flooring should be patterned.
Hands-On Execution
We do not just hand over a plan and leave. Our team is on-site regularly to supervise the work. We manage the civil modifications, from waterproofing bathrooms to installing custom cabinetry. Whether we are crafting a signature English-style wall moulding or installing a modern, concealed mandir, we are there to ensure the finish matches the render. Our goal is to bridge the gap between a paper sketch and a lived-in space that truly feels like yours.
