We create children's spaces that balance fun with function. Think hidden Murphy beds for sleepovers, vibrant murals, and smart storage that keeps play areas free from clutter.

We had so much fun designing this room for a young princess. It’s packed with smart features like custom bendable laminates, a hidden study nook, and a remote-controlled Murphy bed that appears with the touch of a button, making it perfect for sleepovers.

The brief for this boy's room was "tell us it's a boy's room without telling us." We used a cool palette of grey and white with a pop of school bus yellow, and added a standout wall mural of a cricketer to reflect his passion.

A happy space is a colorful space. This room for a young girl uses a cheerful palette of pastel blue and pink, with a personalized art piece and plenty of soft textures to make it feel cozy and fun.

Another look at the boy's room, focusing on the vibrant yellow sofa and the inspiring "Believe in Yourself" wall mural. It's a space designed to be both comfortable for lounging and motivating for a young athlete.

A glimpse into a kids' room where creativity runs free. We used fun wall decals of animals and a sleeping bear on the window to create a playful, storybook atmosphere that a child can love.

This feature from The Ideal Home & Garden highlights a colorful, Lego-inspired chest of drawers we designed for a kid's room. It’s a perfect example of how we make storage fun and integrate it into the room's playful theme.

A different angle of the boy's room, showing how the yellow sofa bed provides a comfortable spot for relaxing. The design is modern, energetic, and perfectly suited for a growing boy.

About Imaginative Kids' Rooms

When we design for kids, our priority is keeping the floor clear for their imagination to run wild. We build storage directly into the walls and under beds, using features like remote-controlled Murphy beds for sleepovers. This approach gives them a full room for play during the day, but at night, the bed deploys without you having to drag furniture around. It is about giving them a space that feels magical without making your home feel like a playroom.
