Traditional & Festive Mehendi Designs for Every Occasion
Whether it’s a major festival or a simple family get-together, your mehendi should feel special. From bold Arabic vines to classic Indian patterns, I bring ten years of experience to make your festive look stand out.
A beautiful, full-hand design with lotus motifs. The dark, bold work contrasts with the delicate buds on the back of the hand, creating a striking effect.
A lovely floral design on the back of the hands. The pattern creates a beautiful arch, decorated with roses and leafy vines.

A unique peacock fan design on the back of the hands. This is a modern take on a very traditional motif.
A cute and simple peacock design for a guest or a small function. The fingers are decorated with individual peacock feathers.
A stylish and modern take on traditional mehendi. The design features a lotus motif and geometric patterns, with an inset showing the design before the henna paste was removed.
A beautiful Arabic-style floral design on the palm. The shading on the lotus flower makes it the centerpiece of the design.
About Traditional & Festive Styles
For the best color payoff on your festive designs, I always recommend waxing the area a day or two before your appointment. It removes fine hair, giving you a much cleaner base for the henna, which means the design lines look sharper and the stain develops beautifully deep and rich.
Mehendi is a part of our festivals, but it shouldn't be boring or repetitive. Over the last decade in Navi Mumbai, I have learned that the best designs come from understanding the mood of the occasion.
Why my approach is different
I do not believe in copying designs from the internet. Every time you book me for a festival—be it Diwali, Eid, or a simple house party—I listen to what you want.
- Classic Indian: Think thick, rich lines, lotus motifs, and detailed mandalas that look great in festive photos.
- Bold Arabic: Perfect for when you want something elegant that doesn't take hours to dry, featuring clean floral vines and leaves.
- Custom touches: If you want your design to have a specific element, like a small portrait or a religious symbol, just ask. I love adding these details.
What to expect
When you book, we can discuss the placement. If you are doing chores, I often suggest keeping the design to the palms and wrists so it lasts longer. For festivals where you want to show off your henna, we can extend the work up the arms.
I travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area for events. Since I use freshly mixed, organic henna, the color is always deep and natural. If you have a specific theme in mind, or just want to explore what works best for your skin tone and outfit, let me know. I am happy to guide you so you get a design that you truly enjoy wearing.
