We approach private dining differently. Chef Maxime Montay creates a narrative through food, blending Mediterranean precision with farm-to-table organic produce. Whether you are looking for a four-course tasting menu for a candlelit anniversary dinner or a maximalist grazing spread for a gathering of twenty, the focus remains on the plate and the place.
Our styling sets the stage before you even take a seat. For intimate celebrations, we lean into our Earth Table concept—using moss runners, locally sourced florals, and taper candles to ground the event in nature. Because we are nestled right next to the Asola Biosphere, the backdrop is the wild itself, not a banquet hall.
We offer three distinct tiers of dining experiences. Our private candlelit dinner for two provides a four-course tasting menu and a dedicated butler, perfect for proposals or quiet milestones. For guests planning larger groups, our five-course tasting menu brings in imported truffles and fine cheeses, plated with meticulous attention to detail. If you prefer a more social format, our luxury grazing tables—loaded with imported charcuterie, sourdough crackers, and fresh preserves—create a flowing, comfortable energy.
Please note that we have a strict policy against outside catering to maintain the integrity of our kitchen's output. We require a 100% advance to block your date, especially for weekend slots which tend to fill up quickly. If you want a space where you can actually hear your guests speak, away from the typical Delhi noise, we are ready to host you.
