Advanced Training: Weapons & Tameshiwari
For dedicated students, we offer specialized training to deepen their martial arts practice. This includes advanced workshops in Tameshiwari (board breaking), practical knife defense, and the use of traditional weapons like the Sai.
The study of Kobudo, or traditional weapons, is reserved for our advanced students. Here, I demonstrate a stance with the Sai, a weapon that requires immense discipline.
