Modular Kitchen Woodwork (Factory Finish)
Core Woodwork & Structure
- Carcass Material: 16mm or 18mm HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) or BWR Ply treated for termite resistance.
- Backing: 6mm to 8mm ply backing for cabinet rigidity.
- Module Types: Combination of base units (under counter) and wall units (overhead storage).
- Sink Unit: Waterproof lined carcass (Aluminum foil or WPC board) to prevent water damage.
Shutters & External Finishes
- Finish Options: Range covers Standard Laminates (0.8mm to 1mm) up to Premium Acrylic or High Gloss PU coating.
- Edge Banding: Machine pressed REHAU or equivalent PVC edge banding for a seamless look.
- Design Styles: Flat slab doors for modern looks or Groove/Shaker style for neo classical designs.
Hardware & Functionality
- Hinges & Channels: Soft close hinges and telescopic or Quadro channels from brands like Hettich, Hafele, or Blum.
- Handles: Integrated G profiles (handleless) or designer gold/matte black handles.
- Accessory Installation: Fitting of wire baskets, cutlery organizers, bottle pull outs, and corner units. Note: The cost of the steel wire baskets is charged per piece, but fitting is included.
- Pantry Units: Fabrication of tall units with space for microwave/OTG integration.
Service & Execution
- Design: 3D visualization and space planning.
- Installation: On site assembly by the factory team.
- Exclusions: Countertop stone, Dado tiles, and Appliances.
Custom Wardrobes & Walk-in Closets
Structure & Internal Configuration
- Carcass Material: 18mm Commercial Ply or HDHMR (Pre laminated) for internal boxes.
- Internal Layout: Completely customizable shelving, long hang vs short hang areas, and drawer units (2 to 3 standard drawers per wardrobe section).
- Internal Finish: Off white or fabric texture laminate (0.7mm) for easy cleaning and visibility.
Shutters & Aesthetics
- Door Styles: Options range from Premium Laminates (1mm) with matching edge binding to PU Coated shutters, Tinted Glass Profile shutters, or Mirrors.
- Handles: Long contemporary bar handles or concealed edge profile handles.
Hardware & Fittings
- Mechanism: Soft close hinges (for swing doors) or heavy duty sliding track systems (for sliders) to prevent derailment.
- Locks: Standard key locks or provision for digital locks.
- Add ons Included: Hanger rods (oval pipes) and internal drawer channels.
Design & Installation
- Customization: Specific slots for heavy ethnic wear or accessories.
- Fitment: Skirting matching the floor or wardrobe, and filler pieces to close the gap between wardrobe top and ceiling for a dust free finish.
Bespoke Upholstered Beds (King or Queen)
Bed Structure & Storage
- Frame Material: Seasoned Marandi wood or equivalent hardwood internal frame for structural longevity.
- Storage Box: 18mm Ply box with heavy duty Hydraulic Gas Lift mechanism.
- Base: Solid floor contact base or legged design (Teak/Metal legs) as per design choice.
- Dimensions: Custom sized to accommodate standard King or Queen mattresses, or non standard custom sizes.
Headboard & Upholstery
- Design: Complex shaping, channel tufting, or wall mounted paneling extended beyond the bed width.
- Cushioning: High density foam (32 to 40 Density) ensuring the headboard is functional and comfortable.
- Fabric: Premium Suede, Velvet, or Leatherette with high rub counts.
- Detailing: Piping, nail head trims, or metal strip inserts (Gold/Rose Gold SS) if required.
Finishing
- Polish: PU or Melamine polish on any exposed wooden legs or frame parts.
- Maintenance: Fabric treated for basic dust resistance; includes site assembly.
Entertainment Units & Wall Paneling
Wall Paneling & Backdrop
- Sub structure: Wooden or aluminum framework to create a gap for wiring behind the panel.
- Surface Material: Options include Fluted panels (Louvers), Marble finish sheets (PVC/Laminate), or Veneer ply.
- Aesthetics: Creation of depth using varying thicknesses, niches for artifacts, and seamless joints.
Console Unit
- Cabinetry: Floating or floor mounted drawers for set top boxes, gaming consoles, and remotes.
- Hardware: Heavy duty wall brackets to support weight (up to 40 to 50kg) and soft close drawer runners.
- Top Finish: 6mm Lacquered glass or stone finish laminate top for durability.
Electrical & Lighting Integration
- Wire Management: Concealed conduits behind the paneling to ensure no wires hang from the TV.
- Lighting: Recessed Profile LED strip lighting (warm white/neutral) embedded in the paneling or under the floating shelf.
- Switchboard Moving: Minor electrical shifting to align sockets with the new unit layout.
