Custom 3-Seater Upholstered Sofa
Structure & Material
- Frame Construction: Inner frame built from seasoned, anti-termite treated Marandi or Neem wood reinforced with 12mm commercial ply backing.
- Cushioning: Seat cushions use 40-Density High Resilience (HR) foam (Sleepwell/Kurlon equivalent) layered with soft foam for sink-in comfort.
- Suspension: Heavy-duty elastic webbing and zigzag S-springs for structural bounce.
Design & Finish
- Fabric: Premium upholstery options including Velvet, Suede, or textured Poly-blends (up to range of 1000 INR/meter).
- Styling: Options for deep button tufting (Chesterfield), vertical channel tufting, or clean minimalist lines.
- Base: Custom legs available in PVD Gold-finished metal, polished Teak wood, or concealed base.
Dimensions & Warranty
- Size: Standard length approx. 6.5 to 7 feet.
- Warranty: 1-year service warranty on manufacturing defects regarding frame or foam.

Dining Table
- Table Top: Rectangular top (approx. 6ft x 3ft) in Composite Marble, Nano-White stone, or polished Indian Marble with beveled edges.
- Base Construction: Heavy-duty SS 202/304 Grade metal base finished in PVD Gold, Rose Gold, or Matte Black powder coating.
- Support: Ply under-boarding reinforcement for stone stability.
Dining Chairs (6 Units)
- Frame: Solid wood internal frame designed for ergonomic back support.
- Upholstery: Bucket or high-back seats fully upholstered in premium velvet or easy-clean suede.
- Accents: Includes detailing options like metal leg tips, quilted backrests, or piping.
Logistics
- Installation: Includes heavy transport handling and safe placement of the stone top.

- Material: Box and frame constructed from 18mm Commercial/MR Grade Plywood (Century/Greenply or equivalent).
- Storage: Full hydraulic lift-up system with heavy-duty pumps (150kg-200kg capacity).
- Internal Finish: Storage boxes finished internally with 0.8mm white/off-white laminate.
Headboard & Upholstery
- Design: Floor-standing headboard (up to 5ft height) with 2-3 inch high-density foam padding.
- Fabric: Bed borders and headboard fully upholstered in stain-resistant fabrics or leatherette.
- Styles: Options include vertical fluting, geometric patterns, or wingback designs.
Installation
- Assembly: On-site assembly included.
- Note: Mattress is not included.
Premium PU/Duco Finish Wardrobe
Carcass & Structure
- Body: Internal box made of 18mm Moisture Resistant (MR) Plywood or BWP Ply with 6mm/8mm backing.
- Interiors: Shelves and drawers finished with 0.8mm inner laminate (Fabric look or Solid color).
Shutters & Exterior
- Material: 18mm or 25mm HDHMR/MDF panels routed for design patterns.
- Paint Finish: High-quality PU (Polyurethane) or Duco paint in High Gloss, Satin, or Matte finish.
- Detailing: Decorative beading or mouldings included for neo-classical or Victorian looks.
Hardware
- Mechanism: Branded soft-close hinges and telescopic drawer channels (Hettich/Hafele/Ebco equivalent).
- Accessories: Long profile handles or decorative Gold/Brass finish knobs included.
