Factory-Finish Modular Kitchens
Core Structure & Materials
- Carcass: Water-resistant HDHMR boards or BWR Plywood (18mm) for dry areas.
- Wet Area: BWP Marine Ply (710 Grade) specifically for the sink cabinet to prevent water damage.
- Edge Banding: Machine-pressed 0.8mm to 2mm PVC banding (Rehau or similar) for sealed, moisture-proof edges.
Shutters & Finish
- Standard: 1mm High-Gloss or Matte Laminates pressed on BWR Ply/HDHMR.
- Premium: High-Gloss Acrylic or Anti-scratch Acrylic (1.5mm+) for a glass-like finish.
Hardware & Storage
- Basics: 3-5 Stainless Steel 304 grade wire baskets with telescopic channels.
- Upgrades: Soft-close Hettich/Hafele hinges and heavy-duty Tandem boxes available in the higher price range.
- Handles: Integrated G-profile handles (Aluminum/Black) or standard powder-coated knobs.
Design & Installation
- Appliances: Precision cut-outs for Hob, Chimney, and Microwave (appliances not included).
- Accessories: Includes PVC cutlery tray and dish rack (thali basket).
- Service: 2D layout planning, transport from Noida factory, and professional installation.
Floor-to-Ceiling Custom Wardrobes
Structure & Body
- Core Material: 18mm Commercial Ply or HDHMR board.
- Internal Finish: Laminated with 0.8mm white or fabric-textured liner for easy maintenance.
- Backing: 6mm-8mm Ply backing to seal the unit against the wall.
Doors & External Finish
- Swing Doors: Standard openable shutters with 1mm Laminate finish (Gloss/Matte/Wood grain) and 165-degree hinges.
- Sliding Doors: Heavy-duty top-running tracks with soft-close mechanism and High-Gloss Acrylic or PU-coat lookalike laminates.
Internal Configuration
- Storage: SS Oval hanger rods, adjustable shelving, and loft storage for seasonal items.
- Drawers: 2-3 internal drawers with telescopic channels and locks.
- Handles: Long design handles (12-24 inches) in Gold, Rose Gold, or Black finish.

- Utility: Integrated dressing mirror (pasted on shutter or inside door).

Wall Paneling
- Material Options: UV Marble Sheets (Poly-granite) or Charcoal Louvers (Fluted panels) for texture.

- Once you’re happy, we build everything in our own factory using proper machines for clean finishing and perfect fitting.

Main Dilshad hoon, most of my din goes at Design & Decor. Subha ki ser ke baad, seedha site ya factory. Noida mein apni factory hai - sab kuch apni aankhon ke saamne banta hai, from plywood to polish. Alhamdulillah, kaam acha hai. Hajj kiya hai, bada blessing tha. Free time?
