Welcome to our Squash Summer Camp. This is where the action happens, with dynamic group drills designed to be as fun as they are effective. We get everyone moving, learning, and pushing their limits together on the court.

Here, our head coach Ray Malik demonstrates the perfect forehand swing. We focus on mastering the fundamentals, ensuring every player understands the mechanics behind a powerful and accurate shot.

Our training extends beyond the squash court. Here, our athletes are lined up on the track for flying sprints, a key part of our program to build explosive speed and endurance.

We were thrilled to have the legendary Rahul Dravid visit our camp. Being part of the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence allows us to provide a world-class environment for our players.

Our camps at the Padukone-Dravid Centre are designed with a low 1:8 coaching ratio, ensuring every player receives specific corrections on their swing mechanics and footwork. Whether your child is stepping onto the court for the first time or looking to sharpen their competitive strategy, we balance high-intensity drills with essential recovery sessions like stretching and pilates to keep them playing hard without the risk of burnout.
