We integrate Pilates to build core stability, which is essential for maintaining balance during high-speed rallies, and Yoga to improve functional flexibility. By working with specialists, we teach our students how to listen to their bodies, recognize the signs of fatigue, and use proper cool-down protocols to flush out muscle soreness.
